You can open an incident or submit a request in three different ways:

You're in the right place. This portal allows you to create and track the progress of your support request. Each request receives a unique ticket number that allows you to see the progress as well as the responses to your request. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


By email :


At the address support@manganelli-ds.com, a ticket will be automatically opened, and an acknowledgment will be sent to you. It will contain a link allowing you to
